Terms of Service

2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
3. The Service
Aicentic lets you build an AI agent trained on content you provide (websites, files, topics, and Q&A pairs), embed that agent on sites you control, connect it to external actions you configure, and review the resulting conversations and captured leads. Available features, workspace limits, agent limits, and monthly usage allowances depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@aicentic.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payment
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance, in the currency shown at checkout, through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee each billing period until you cancel. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and taxes will be added where required by law.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account billing settings; changes take effect as described at the time of the change. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to train your agents (websites, files, topics, Q&A pairs, and configuration). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to upload and use any content you provide, and for the accuracy of the information your agent surfaces to your visitors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party;
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Use the Service to build a competing product without our written consent.
8. Third-party AI models and processors
The Service uses third-party large language model providers to generate agent responses, and a third-party payment processor to handle billing. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant to the processing of your data.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, on reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including billing obligations already incurred, ownership, and limitations of liability) will survive.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing your agent's configuration and knowledge base and for how your agent is presented to your visitors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aicentic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or an in-product notice, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
